BAS provides legal assistance, within Corporate Law, to both national and international clients in the most diverse sectors of economic activity. BAS provides legal counselling in several aspects of the daily activities of companies, beginning by their constitution and by the negotiation and preparation of parasocial agreements. The BAS team has been providing legal assistance in the negotiation and celebration of several types of contracts, with national and international scope, namely, contracts of conveyance, transfer of use, sale and purchase and also in the resolution of conflicts between partners or between them and the organisation.
