BAS integrates a team of lawyers with consolidated experience and profound knowledge in the several areas of Labour and Social Security Law, providing a permanent, preventive and reactive assistance to national and international companies, in all areas of labour relations and economic activity sectors.
The intervention area of Labour and Social Security Law includes, namely, legal assistance to human resources management, human resources restructuring processes, business mobility, transfer of workers, staff reduction and outsourcing, counselling to the implementation and changing of the companies’ strategies and policies, Collective Law and Social Security.
