Secretary of State for Justice of the XIV Constitutional Government, between 1999 e 2002.
Assistant to the Assistant Secretary of State for the Administration and Justice of the Macau Government, Between 1988 and 1990.
Legal Consultant of the Tourism Fund and of the Academic Association of the Faculty of Law of Lisbon.
Legal Director and Administrator of several public and private societies and member of several organisations, namely, Council of Concordia Conciliators – Centre for Conciliation and Mediation of Conflicts, since February 2003; Portuguese Section of AIDA – International Association of Insurances Law, since June 2003 and of AME-Association for Corporate Mediation.
