This is the debate proposed by the new series of Webinars on &#8220;Labour Law in Europe&#8221;, organized by the <em>Boyes Turner<\/em> lawyers&#8217; association, in the United Kingdom, the first one will be held on May 15th.<\/strong><\/h2>\n<p>Following the autumn edition of the European Webinar Series, which focused on disciplinary procedures, a new online seminar on Labour Law is scheduled for May. In this second series of webinars will be discussed restructuring processes (collective\u00a0redundancy\/termination of employment\/revocation agreements) in the 13 European jurisdictions, with the participation of specialist lawyers in this area of \u200b\u200bpractice from each country.<\/p>\n<p>The first webinar will take place on May 15 and will be attended by the three countries of Southern Europe &#8211; Portugal, Spain and Italy. <a href=\"https:\/\/bas.pt\/en\/equipa\/alexandra-almeida-mota\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Alexandra Almeida Mota<\/a>, BAS&#8217;s specialist lawyer in the area of \u200b\u200bLabour and Social Security was invited to represent Portugal. On this occasion, Iberian restructurings and cluster movements in southern Europe will be some of the topics addressed.<\/p>\n<p>This is an event primarily targeted at managers and all HR professionals with responsibilities for HR management at European level.<\/p>\n<p>Participation is free but a prior registration is required.
