The event also has the support of APDPO &#8211; Association of Data Protection and Security Professionals.<\/h2>\n<p>The workshop intends to analyse the development of the legislative framework since the implementation of the General Regulation on Data Protection on 25 May 2018, but also how companies and organizations have adapted to these changes.<\/p>\n<p>The session will be conducted by <a href=\"https:\/\/bas.pt\/en\/communication\/news\/claudia-monge-opens-workshop-intended-to-review-the-first-year-of-gdpr\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Cl\u00e1udia Monge<\/a>, Partner of BAS, and <a href=\"https:\/\/bas.pt\/en\/communication\/margarida-ferreira-discusses-european-legislation-and-its-application-in-portugal\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Margarida Ferreira<\/a>, President of APDPO and <a href=\"https:\/\/bas.pt\/en\/communication\/news\/practical-implications-of-gdpr\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Catarina Jos\u00e9<\/a>, Director of HR, Compliance and Mkt &amp; Com da Conceito will participate has speakers.<\/p>\n<p>&#8220;The European legislation on data protection and privacy and its application in Portugal&#8221; will be the title of the intervention of Margarida Ferreira.
