Pedro Madeira de Brito, lawyer, Professor at the Faculty of Law of the University of Lisbon and BAS’s partner, has just published his PhD thesis, entitled `Public Administration Employment Contract and Sources System`.<\/strong><\/h2>\n

Pedro Madeira de Brito<\/a>‘s new book, published by AAFDL Editora, presents the PhD thesis presented by the author at the Faculty of Law of the University of Lisbon in 2010 and discussed on December 15, 2011 before a jury composed by Professors Jo\u00e3o Leal Amado, Julio Gomes, Ant\u00f3nio Menezes Cordeiro, Pedro Romano Martinez, Paulo Otero, Lu\u00eds Menezes Leit\u00e3o and Maria do Ros\u00e1rio Palma Ramalho.<\/p>\n

\u201cAfter more than eight years of the original writing it would not make sense to publish the text as it was presented to the faculty,\u201d says the author in the book’s preface. \u201cThis updated work has led to an increase in the number of pages and consideration of the most significant doctrinal developments observed by the end of 2018.\u201d<\/p>\n
