The new edition of the Annotated Labour Code is now available with the latest version of the Labour Code. The publication is coordinated by Pedro Romano Martinez and includes the participation, among others, of Pedro Madeira de Brito, lawyer and partner of BAS, author of several annotations.<\/strong><\/h2>\n

The 12th edition of the Annotated Labour Code continues from the previous editions and with the commentary on the changes resulting from some legislative changes, taking the opportunity to update the bibliographical references and indications of jurisprudence.<\/p>\n

The annotations, identifying the respective author, intend to clarify the meaning of the rule, identify the interconnection with the previous law and, highlighting some problems, indicate research guidelines.<\/p>\n

The Annotated Labour Code 2020, published by Almedina<\/a>, was coordinated by Pedro Romano Martinez and includes the participation of Pedro Madeira de Brito<\/a>, from BAS, among others.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
