The Academic Association of the Faculty of Law of the University of Lisbon promotes with the support of FPD, an intensive course on 4 and 5 March on Sports Law.<\/strong><\/h2>\n

Pedro Madeira de Brito<\/a>, Professor at the Faculty of Law of the University of Lisbon, participates in the first discussion panel on Sports Labour Contract with the theme “Bases of regulation”.<\/p>\n

For two days, academic, legal, sports and IPDJ professionals will discuss topics related to the study and practice of sports law. From the resolution of sports disputes focusing on issues such as the legal-disciplinary framework in cases of racism in national sports federations, to players\u2019 agents, broadcasting rights to the legal regime of Sports companies, among other topics.<\/p>\n

Sports Law is one of BAS\u2019s practice areas, with Pedro Madeira de Brito leading of our team of experts.<\/p>\n
