{"id":6805,"date":"2022-09-26T10:22:45","date_gmt":"2022-09-26T09:22:45","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.bas.pt\/?p=6805"},"modified":"2022-09-26T12:38:23","modified_gmt":"2022-09-26T11:38:23","slug":"information-session-on-the-main-changes-to-labour-legislation","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.bas.pt\/en\/communication\/news\/information-session-on-the-main-changes-to-labour-legislation\/","title":{"rendered":"Information session on the main changes to labour legislation"},"content":{"rendered":"<h4>Information session on the main changes to labour legislation<\/h4>\n<p>&#8220;Looking at employment contracts and service contracts&#8221; was the advice given by<a href=\"https:\/\/www.bas.pt\/en\/equipa\/alexandra-almeida-mota\/\"> Alexandra Almeida Mota<\/a> at the information session &#8220;Decent Work Agenda: Main changes to labour legislation&#8221;, organised by the <a href=\"https:\/\/amchamportugal.pt\/\">American Chamber of Commerce in Portugal<\/a> in collaboration with BAS. This session had an informative character, but also enlightening and of exchange of experiences.<\/p>\n<p>Last June the Government approved a set of legislative measures, aimed at promoting decent work and fulfilling objectives considered a priority in the labour market: promoting employment, fighting precariousness and encouraging collective bargaining.
