Regular collaborator in teaching postgraduate courses organized by the Private Law Institute and the Labor Law Institute (both from the Law School of the Lisbon University), in subjects related to Corporate-Commercial Law and corporate governance;

Regular collaborator in teaching Master courses in universities in Angola, Mozambique and Cape Verde, in coordination with the Law School of the Lisbon University;

Teacher at INA – National Institute of Administration, from 2004 to 2009;

Member of the Board of Directors of the Portuguese Competition Authority, from 2008 to 2013;

Consultant at LSM Advogados, since 2013;

Publications and conferences

Author of several monographs and scientific papers in subjects of General Commercial Law, Corporate-Commercial Law, Family Law, Civil Procedural Law and Competition Law.

Translator to Portuguese of several scientific texts, from which can be underscored:

Storia del Diritto commerciale, by Francesco Galgano [História do Direito Comercial (Portuguese title for «Comercial Law History»), Signo, Lisbon, s.d. [1990]], as well as legal texts from the Organization pour l’Harmonisation en Afrique du Droit des Affaires.

Speaker at technical-scientific conferences in Portugal and in European and African countries, in the areas of Civil Law, General and Corporate Commercial Law and Competition Law, since 1990.
