New European thresholds apply to public procurement

The Information note 01/2022 reveals the European thresholds with effect from 1 January 2022 applicable to public service and public works concession contracts, public works contracts, supplies of goods, provision of services, design contests, social and other services, as well as those concluded by entities operating in the water, energy, transport, and postal services sectors.
