RDA #24 – Revista de Direito Administrativo

The Revista de Direito Administrativo (RDA) is counting on the collaboration and participation of lawyer Marco Real Martins and lawyer Nuno Oliveira Antunes, authors of the article entitled “Breve nódula a propósito das “prorrogações graciosas” do prazo de execução nos contratos de empreitada de obras públicas”.

“That is to say, for some doctrines, the so-called ‘graceful extensions’ continue to be an alternative (to the application of penalties) that assists the owner of the work, with general status, in the event of a breach of contract by the contractor,” say the authors at the beginning of the text.

Issue 24 of Revista de Direito Administrativo will be available to subscribers in September.
