Book “Comments to the Public Procurement Code”

Our partner Marco Real Martins is the author of the article “The bid evaluation model in the Public Contracts Code”, one of the articles included in the collective work “Comments on the Public Contracts Code”, Volume II, with the coordination of Carla Amado Gomes and others, of the Academic Association of the Lisbon Faculty of Law (AAFDL).

In this article, Marco Real Martins addresses the various stages of constructing and operationalizing proposal evaluation models to measure the performance of each proposal, in accordance with a fixed a priori scoring scale.

The book “Comments to the Public Procurement Code”, divided into two volumes, has the seal of AAFDL Editora.
