RCP #39 – Revista de Contratos Públicos 

An article entitled “O(s) momento(s) a que reporta a comprovação e o(s) momento(s) (?) da comprovação das condições de habilitação”  by lawyer Marco Real Martins  will be published in Revista de Contratos Públicos no. 39.

The next issue of the magazine (RCP#39) will include this author’s article written on the occasion of the “IV Jornadas de Direito dos Contratos Públicos”, held at the Faculty of Law of the University of Lisbon in October 2024.

The journal is the property of the Centre for Public Law and Regulation Studies (CEDIPRE) and is published by Almedina. It aims to contribute to the development of the science of Public Procurement Administrative Law, associating it with a practical sense to serve as a guiding or auxiliary guide for contracting authorities and market operators.

Its Editorial Board includes specialists in Public Procurement from both the academic and judicial worlds, including the Court of Auditors.
