Alexandra Almeida Mota, a lawyer specialised in Labour and Social Security at BAS, has been invited to represent Portugal in a webinar with lawyers from southern European countries (Portugal, Spain and Italy). Restructuring in Portugal and Spain and cluster movements in Southern Europe will be some of the topics addressed.

At a time when many businesses are seeking to restructure the workforce by creating cross-border synergies, it is extremely important to know the rules that apply in each country and the particularities of each legal systems.
