BAS named Marco Aurélio as new partner

BAS just announced Marco Aurélio Constantino as new partner.

The appointment of colleague Marco Aurélio Constantino is “a recognition for his contribution to the law firm, technical proficiency and quality, dedication and alignment with BAS’s values and mission statement”, says managing partner Artur Filipe da Silva.

The lawyer has been working with the firm since its foundation in 2010, and has extensive experience in the area of Health Law, namely in medical liability, among others, such as Data Protection, Administrative Litigation and Administrative Law.
