Pedro Madeira de Brito, lawyer, Professor at the Faculty of Law of the University of Lisbon and BAS’s partner, has just published his PhD thesis, entitled `Public Administration Employment Contract and Sources System`.

Pedro Madeira de Brito‘s new book, published by AAFDL Editora, presents the PhD thesis presented by the author at the Faculty of Law of the University of Lisbon in 2010 and discussed on December 15, 2011 before a jury composed by Professors João Leal Amado, Julio Gomes, António Menezes Cordeiro, Pedro Romano Martinez, Paulo Otero, Luís Menezes Leitão and Maria do Rosário Palma Ramalho.

“After more than eight years of the original writing it would not make sense to publish the text as it was presented to the faculty,” says the author in the book’s preface. “This updated work has led to an increase in the number of pages and consideration of the most significant doctrinal developments observed by the end of 2018.”

Pedro Madeira de Brito’s Public Administration Employment Contract and Sources System is available on the AAFDL website, as well as in major bookstores in the country.
