The book Data Protection Law – Public and Private Perspectives published in the ICJP – CIDP collection of the Almedina Group is coordinated by Domingos Soares Farinho, Francisco Paes Marques, and Tiago Fidalgo de Freitas and includes the article “Data Protection and health data treatment – some issues” by Cláudia Monge.

The book addresses the challenges posed by data protection law through studies aimed at applying the RGPD in public and private contexts.
